underline;\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>3 litros de <strong>agua<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 cucharadas soperas de <strong>jengibre en polvo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 cucharadas soperas de <strong>sal marina<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Calentar el agua y antes de que hierva (no debe hervir para evitar que pierda sus propiedades) introducir el jengibre y la sal marina (en una bolsita de tela de algod\u00f3n). \u00a0Mantenerla dentro del agua 5 minutos y retirarla despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Manteniendo el agua caliente, pero no demasiado, introducir en esta infusi\u00f3n, una toallita de felpa (de las m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as, de uso facial).\u00a0\u00a0 Escurrirla bien, retorci\u00e9ndola en un sentido y en el otro, hasta que no gotee.<\/p>\n<p>Aplicar el fomento directamente sobre la piel, durante unos tres minutos aproximadamente, permaneciendo relajados, suficientemente abrigados y en una postura c\u00f3moda.\u00a0 Repetir varias veces, durante unos 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Tras finalizar, frotar la zona en\u00e9rgicamente con una toalla humedecida con agua fr\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Reservar el preparado y repetir durante 4 o 5 d\u00edas m\u00e1s, calent\u00e1ndolo de nuevo, sin que llegue a hervir y, si el problema persiste, preparar uno nuevo.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>D\u00f3nde aplicar los Fomentos<\/strong><\/span> \u00a0\u00a0(seg\u00fan el problema que se padezca):<\/p>\n<p><strong>Descompensaci\u00f3n arterial, dolor de o\u00eddos, dolor articular<\/strong>: En la zona lumbar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dolores musculares o articulares<\/strong>: En el lugar del dolor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda, fr\u00edo en los pies y\/o en las manos<\/strong>: En la zona lumbar\u00a0 y en el bajo vientre (2 dedos por debajo del ombligo).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Catarros fuertes, infecciones de las v\u00edas respiratorias<\/strong>: En el pecho y la espalda (ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os s\u00f3lo en la espalda).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dolores de cabeza<\/strong>: En lugar de fomentos, introducir los pies dentro de esta infusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Algunos trucos, para simplificar la receta:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Colocar en una taza el jengibre y la sal, cubrirlos con el agua caliente.\u00a0 Mantenerla 5 minutos y despu\u00e9s colarla, con un colador especial para te o caf\u00e9, con los agujeros muy finos (en lugar de utilizar el saco de algod\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tapar el fomento con otra toalla m\u00e1s grande y encima colocar una manta de lana o un saco de semillas calentado previamente durante 3 minutos, para
