Es sencillo y gratuito, lo tenemos siempre a mano y resulta muy eficaz.<\/p>\n<p>Una sonrisa <strong>influye favorablemente sobre todos los \u00f3rganos del cuerpo<\/strong> (piel, huesos, gl\u00e1ndulas, vasos sangu\u00edneos, nervios y m\u00fasculos) y armoniza el funcionamiento de todos sus \u00f3rganos. Cuando se convierte en h\u00e1bito, sus beneficios se multiplican. Tambi\u00e9n nos ayuda a <strong>mejorar el estado de<\/strong> <strong>\u00e1nimo<\/strong> y <strong>la relaci\u00f3n con otras personas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Funciona incluso si es fruto de un<strong> esfuerzo <\/strong>consciente, porque el cerebro, \u00a0por la posici\u00f3n de los m\u00fasculos de la cara, interpreta la sonrisa como una se\u00f1al de que todo va bien y reacciona de la misma manera que cuando surge de forma <strong>natural<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>TRES BENEFICIOS DE LA SONRISA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.-<\/strong>\u00a0 <strong>EL CUERPO SEGREGA<\/strong> \u00a0<strong>ENDORFINAS Y ACTIVA SU INMUNIDAD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sonre\u00edr genera un\u00a0est\u00edmulo el\u00e9ctrico\u00a0sobre los nervios que inervan los m\u00fasculos de la cara, que intervienen en este gesto. Los nervios sensitivos, \u00a0por otro lado, llevan este impulso hasta el cerebro, que lo recibe como se\u00f1al de que todo va bien y la <strong>gl\u00e1ndula\u00a0hip\u00f3fisis<\/strong> reacciona liberando unas hormonas llamadas endorfinas. Las sonrisas son <strong>contagiosas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00bfQU\u00c9 PUEDE AYUDARNOS A SONREIR M\u00c1S?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a) Un m\u00e9todo sencillo es tratar de <strong>colocar los<\/strong> <strong>m\u00fasculos de la cara<\/strong> en la posici\u00f3n que tienen cuando sonre\u00edmos. Puede facilitarlo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Varias veces al d\u00eda, mirarse al espejo, esbozar una sonrisa y permanecer frente a \u00e9ste, hasta que se mantenga sola.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar el dedo \u00edndice verticalmente rozando suavemente los labios, como cuando se pide silencio.<\/li>\n<li>Una buena colocaci\u00f3n de la pelvis en retroversi\u00f3n, har\u00e1 que los hombros bajen y vayan hacia atr\u00e1s, que los m\u00fasculos del cuello se aflojen y que las mand\u00edbulas se ajusten. Como consecuencia, la cara se relaja y la sonrisa aparece sola.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>b) La pr\u00e1ctica habitual de <strong>t\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n y meditaci\u00f3n <\/strong>puede servirnos tambi\u00e9n. Por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tumbados sobre la espalda o sentados c\u00f3modamente, en un lugar silencioso, agradable y c\u00e1lido, relajar el cuerpo y especialmente la cara. Para ello, recorrer mentalmente sus m\u00fasculos, acarici\u00e1ndolos con la atenci\u00f3n invit\u00e1ndoles a que se relajen. Cuando la cara se relaja, la mand\u00edbula superior se escapa ligeramente hacia arriba y la mand\u00edbula inferior se encaja, los labios dibujan una sutil sonrisa.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovechar ese estado de relajaci\u00f3n para evocar recuerdos de situaciones en las que ha brotado en nuestros labios una sonrisa de forma natural, y permanecer contemplando ese recuerdo hasta que podamos percibir que la cara lo refleja sonriendo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>c) Pero lo m\u00e1s importante es<strong> hacer habitualmente lo que nos hace felices<\/strong>.
