{"id":46,"date":"2016-02-05T21:52:47","date_gmt":"2016-02-05T21:52:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.estudiodeyogacosta7.com\/?p=46"},"modified":"2016-05-07T17:00:44","modified_gmt":"2016-05-07T17:00:44","slug":"salutacion-al-sol-para-embarazadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.estudiodeyogacosta7.com\/?p=46","title":{"rendered":"SALUTACI\u00d3N AL SOL PARA EMBARAZADAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-JqYp-2-GjTo\/Vhf0XjLPSQI\/AAAAAAAAE0k\/XiIKK2ntZW4\/s640\/Suryanamaskar%2Bembarazadas%2Bdef.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"403\" height=\"553\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>PARA MUJERES EMBARAZADAS,<\/strong> LA <strong>SALUTACION AL SOL se puede adaptar<\/strong> de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La primera postura se realiza con los pies separados, como la anchura de la esterilla, unos 60 cm (1).\u00a0 Esta separaci\u00f3n se mantiene en la media rueda (2).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La pinza (3) se sustituye por el tridente (ya que los pies est\u00e1n separados tambi\u00e9n y las manos apoyan en medio de \u00e9stos).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Para la postura de la media cobra (del 3 al 4), se desliza el pie derecho hacia el borde derecho de la esterilla.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Al pasar al plano inclinado (del 4 al 5A), se colocan las dos manos en el centro de la esterilla y se llevar\u00e1 el pie izquierdo hacia el borde izquierdo de \u00e9sta, para que, de nuevo, los pies queden separados igual que su anchura.
