{"id":242,"date":"2016-08-10T10:30:24","date_gmt":"2016-08-10T10:30:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.estudiodeyogacosta7.com\/?p=242"},"modified":"2016-08-16T10:39:04","modified_gmt":"2016-08-16T10:39:04","slug":"recetas-de-cocina-con-avena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.estudiodeyogacosta7.com\/?p=242","title":{"rendered":"RECETAS DE COCINA CON AVENA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><u><\/u><strong><em>Para el desayuno:<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>CREMA DE AVENA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredientes, por persona:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de copos de avena.<\/li>\n<li>1 taza mediana de leche de avena.<\/li>\n<li>Un trocito de canela en rama.<\/li>\n<li>Un trocito de corteza de naranja o de lim\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gicos.<\/li>\n<li>Sirope de \u00e1gave o de miel o az\u00facar de ca\u00f1a, al gusto.<\/li>\n<li>Un poco de canela en polvo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Colocar en una cazuela la leche de avena junto con los copos de avena, la canela en rama y la corteza de naranja o de lim\u00f3n. Calentar a fuego fuerte hasta que rompa a hervir. Darle vueltas con una esp\u00e1tula de madera para evitar que se sobre.<\/li>\n<li>Bajar el fuego al m\u00ednimo y dejarlo reposar durante unos diez minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Servir y a\u00f1adir el sirope u otro endulzante y canela en polvo, al gusto.<\/li>\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n se puede a\u00f1adir, por encima, corteza rallada de lim\u00f3n o de naranja.<\/li>\n<li>Se puede tomar caliente, templado o fr\u00edo y complementar con semillas molidas de lino, ch\u00eda, s\u00e9samo\u2026(que se habr\u00e1n dejado a remojo desde la noche anterior)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>MUESLI<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredientes, por persona:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de copos de avena.<\/li>\n<li>Medio vaso de agua.<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de semillas (s\u00e9samo, lino, ch\u00eda, girasol, calabaza\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de yogur.<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de frutos secos (nueces, avellanas, almendras\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de frutas secas (pasas, d\u00e1tiles, ciruelas, orejones&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li>1 manzana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Colocar en un bol, la noche anterior, a remojo en agua, suficiente para cubrirlos los copos de avena y las semillas trituradas.<\/li>\n<li>A la ma\u00f1ana siguiente mezclarlos con los frutos y frutas secos picados y la manzana troceada.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el yogur.<\/li>\n<li>Si se desea m\u00e1s dulce a\u00f1adir sirope de \u00e1gave, miel o az\u00facar de ca\u00f1a, al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong><em>Para la comida del mediod\u00eda:<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>HAMBURGUESAS DE AVENA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredientes, para unas 12: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 cucharadas soperas de copos de avena.<\/li>\n<li>100 gr. de frutos secos (nueces, avellanas o almendras).<\/li>\n<li>Pan rallado.<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas soperas de agua.<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de germen de trigo.<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de harina de avena.<\/li>\n<li>2 zanahorias.<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla.<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo.<\/li>\n<li>2 huevos.<\/li>\n<li>1 ramita de perejil.<\/li>\n<li>7 aceitunas verdes sin hueso.<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Poner a remojo los copos de avena en el agua diez minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras tanto pelar y cortar las zanahorias, el ajo y la cebolla y colocarlos a fuego lento, en una cazuela con un poco de aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando est\u00e9n blandos, hacerlos pur\u00e9 y mezclarlos con los copos de avena, la harina de avena y el germen de trigo.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el perejil, los frutos secos y las aceitunas bien picados.<\/li>\n<li>Remover hasta formar una pasta compacta.<\/li>\n<li>Formar las hamburguesas y rebozarlas en el pan rallado.<\/li>\n<li>Se pueden fre\u00edr en abundante aceite o colocar en una sart\u00e9n antiadherente con muy poquito aceite hasta que se doren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>PUDIN DE PUERROS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredientes<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de copos de avena.<\/li>\n<li>1 taza mediana de leche de avena.<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo.<\/li>\n<li>1 hojita de laurel.<\/li>\n<li>1 kg de puerros.<\/li>\n<li>3 huevos.<\/li>\n<li>Un chorrito de aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal marina o sal de hierbas.<\/li>\n<li>Un poco de queso rallado (opcional).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Colocar en una cazuela la leche de avena junto con los copos de avena, el diente de ajo picado, la hoja de laurel y un poco de sal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Lavar bien y trocear finamente los puerros.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Colocarlos en una cazuela grande con un poco de aceite de oliva y sal, primero a fuego fuerte, y despu\u00e9s a fuego lento durante unos 20 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9n blandos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mezclar la crema de avena con las yemas de los huevos y los puerros ya hechos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Batir las claras a punto de nieve.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A\u00f1adirlas, mezcl\u00e1ndolas con cuidado y colocar esta crema en una bandeja de horno rectangular, previamente untada de aceite.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Si se desea, espolvorear por encima un poco de queso rallado.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Precalentar el horno a 200\u00baC<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cuando est\u00e9 bastante caliente introducir la bandeja y mantenerla unos 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong><em>Para los almuerzos o meriendas<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>BARRITAS ENERG\u00c9TICAS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredientes:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 gr. de copos de avena.<\/li>\n<li>100 gr. de frutos secos o semillas (nueces, avellanas, almendras, s\u00e9samo).<\/li>\n<li>50 gr. de pasas sultanas.<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva virgen extra.<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de miel o sirope de agave.<\/li>\n<li>1 vasito de agua.<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de canela.<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Poner a remojo las pasas en el agua.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar los copos de avena, los frutos secos (algunos enteros y los m\u00e1s grandes picados), la canela y la sal.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el aceite, y la miel o el sirope.<\/li>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, a\u00f1adir tambi\u00e9n las pasas, con el agua de remojarlas.<\/li>\n<li>Remover hasta formar una pasta compacta.<\/li>\n<li>Extenderla en una bandeja, sobre papel de horno, con un grosor aproximado de un cent\u00edmetro.<\/li>\n<li>Hornear la masa durante 20 minutos a 190 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Dejarla enfriar y la cortarla con un cuchillo de sierra, obteniendo la forma de las barritas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>PASTAS DE COPOS DE AVENA Y PASAS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredientes:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>140 grs. de copos de avena.<\/li>\n<li>140 grs. de harina de avena.<\/li>\n<li>50 grs. de pasas de Corinto.<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de levadura en polvo.<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de canela o de an\u00eds molidos.<\/li>\n<li>1 pizca de sal.<\/li>\n<li>100 grs. de aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li>100 grs. de az\u00facar de ca\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo grande.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forrar una bandeja de horno con papel especial para este.<\/li>\n<li>Precalentarlo a 180\u00ba C.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar la harina, la levadura, la canela o anis, los copos de avena y la sal.<\/li>\n<li>En un vaso poner a remojo las pasas, con agua suficiente para que las cubra.<\/li>\n<li>Batir el aceite con el az\u00facar hasta formar una masa cremosa. A\u00f1adir el huevo y seguir batiendo.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir tambi\u00e9n los dem\u00e1s ingredientes y mezclarlo todo bien.<\/li>\n<li>Con una cuchara, coger un poco de masa, del tama\u00f1o de una nuez, y con otra colocarla en la bandeja del horno, dejando entre cada trozo de masa cuatro cent\u00edmetros.<\/li>\n<li>Hornear durante 10 o 12 minutos, hasta que las galletas se vean doradas por los bordes.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar las galletas en una rejilla para que se enfr\u00eden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong><em>Para las cenas<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>SOPA O CREMA DE VERDURAS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredientes<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>, por persona:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 cucharadas soperas de copos de avena.<\/li>\n<li>1 taz\u00f3n de agua.<\/li>\n<li>Verduras y hortalizas variadas (a elegir entre una o varias de las siguientes : zanahoria, apio, puerro, borraja, acelga, cebolla, nabo, remolacha jud\u00edas verdes, guisantes, calabaza, calabac\u00edn,&#8230;.)<\/li>\n<li>Un poco de sal marina, sal de hierbas, salsa de soja o miso.<\/li>\n<li>Un chorrito de aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Colocar en una cazuela el agua junto con los copos de avena, las verduras y hortalizas troceadas y la sal o en su lugar salsa de soja o miso. Calentar a fuego fuerte hasta que rompa a hervir.
