{"id":160,"date":"2016-05-07T17:08:33","date_gmt":"2016-05-07T17:08:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.estudiodeyogacosta7.com\/?p=160"},"modified":"2016-08-01T21:01:06","modified_gmt":"2016-08-01T21:01:06","slug":"la-salutacion-al-sol-suryanamaskar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.estudiodeyogacosta7.com\/?p=160","title":{"rendered":"LA SALUTACION AL SOL (SURYANAMASKAR)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-46xmO6a0oLg\/VHDRi7MZjCI\/AAAAAAAABq0\/Kcu2ak8QBt0\/s1600\/SURYANAMASKAR%2BDIBUJOS%2Bcopia.jpg\" width=\"479\" height=\"677\" \/><\/h3>\n<h4>Es \u00a0un \u00a0encadenamiento de \u00a0posturas.<\/h4>\n<h4>Aunque en un principio puede resultar complicado, s\u00f3lo son 7 las posturas que se encadenan.<\/h4>\n<h4>Hay muchas formas de hacerla, aqu\u00ed mostramos una de ellas.<\/h4>\n<h4>Se suele realizar dos veces seguidas:<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; En la primera vez, para la postura de la media cobra (del 3 al 4), se desliza el pie derecho hacia atr\u00e1s y, a la vuelta, despu\u00e9s de la \u201cv\u201d invertida\u00a0 se lanza el pie izquierdo delante (del \u00a08 al 9).\u00a0 Esta primera vez se termina con la postura de la media rueda (11).<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Desde la media rueda (lo vemos m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil volviendo al 2) comienza la segunda vez, enlazando con la pinza (3).\u00a0 En esta segunda vez, en el paso hacia la media cobra (del 3 al 4) se desliza el pie izquierdo detr\u00e1s, mientras que a la vuelta (del 7 al 8) despu\u00e9s de la \u201cv\u201d invertida, se lanza el pie derecho delante. Esta segunda vez, ya terminamos todo el encadenamiento, con la postura final (12).<\/h4>\n<h4>Si se tienen dificultades para hacer el paso de la \u201cv\u201d invertida a la postura de la media cobra (del \u00a08 al 9) lanzando din\u00e1micamente el pie correspondiente, se puede sustituir la \u201cv\u201d invertida (8) por la posici\u00f3n de rodillas y desde ah\u00ed, apoyar el pie delante. Apoyar el pie y no la rodilla, es importante para poder enlazar la media cobra con la pinza.<\/h4>\n<h4>Es bueno, al realizarlo, armonizar el movimiento y la respiraci\u00f3n.\u00a0 Para poder mantener el ritmo respiratorio, y evitar fatigarse, \u00a0este encadenamiento se realiza sin intensificar en exceso las posturas. Las de apertura o extensi\u00f3n (la media rueda \u20132 y 11-, la media cobra -4 y 9- y la esfinge -7-) se realizan inspirando, las de recogimiento (la pinza -3 y 10- y la prosternaci\u00f3n -6-) expulsando el aire, y hay dos posturas que se realizan en retenci\u00f3n a pulmones llenos (el plano inclinado -5 A- y la \u201cv\u201d invertida -5 B y 8-).<\/h4>\n<h4>Para cuidar la zona lumbar procuraremos mantener un buen ajuste de la pelvis en retroversi\u00f3n, con el hueso del pubis tirando hacia el ombligo.<\/h4>\n<h4><strong>LA SALUTACION AL SOL <\/strong>o SALUDO AL SOL<strong>, <\/strong>en s\u00e1nscrito \u201cSURYANAMASKAR\u201d es \u00a0un \u00a0encadenamiento de \u00a0posturas, que \u00a0se recomienda \u00a0practicar \u00a0habitualmente, por sus numerosos beneficios.<\/h4>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Suryanamaskar\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9SyP5vpT7Kw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><strong><u>BENEFICIOS <\/u><\/strong><u>de la salutaci\u00f3n al sol\u00a0 <strong>para<\/strong><\/u><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>LA COLUMNA VERTEBRAL<\/strong>: Corrige sus curvaturas excesivas y le aporta flexibilidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LOS MUSCULOS Y LAS ARTICULACIONES<\/strong>: Fortalece y flexibiliza los m\u00fasculos del abdomen, de las extremidades y de la espalda.
