Pasar por esta mezcla cada bolita hasta que est\u00e9n bien recubiertas.<\/h4>\n<h2><strong><u>BOLITAS DE NUEZ<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>&#8211; 125 grs. de galletas mar\u00eda integrales.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 125 grs. de nueces.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 5 cucharadas soperas de crema de almendras, sin azucar.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; S\u00e9samo tostado.<\/h4>\n<h3><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>&#8211; Triturar, con una picadora o un mortero, las nueces y las galletas.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Ir a\u00f1adiendo la crema de almendras y mezcl\u00e1ndola hasta formar una masa compacta y homog\u00e9nea.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Humedecerse las manos y formar las bolitas del tama\u00f1o deseado.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Colocar el s\u00e9samo en un plato y pasar por \u00e9ste cada bolita hasta que queden bien cubiertas.<\/h4>\n<h2><strong><u>BOLITAS DE CHOCOLATE<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>&#8211; 1 taza de quinoa o cous cous.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 2 tazas de agua.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Corteza de naranja.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 1 rama de canela.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 2 cucharadas soperas de licor (crema de ron o co\u00f1ac\u2026).<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 125 grs. de cacao o\u00a0 de harina de algarroba.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 5 cucharadas soperas de crema de almendras.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Az\u00facar de ca\u00f1a, al gusto.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Galletas mar\u00eda integrales, machacadas o virutas de chocolate.<\/h4>\n<h3><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>&#8211; Cocer la quinoa (1&#215;2 de agua), junto con la vainilla o canela, la corteza de naranja y el licor, unos 10 minutos.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Al final a\u00f1adir el cacao o algarrobo y cocer un poco m\u00e1s a fuego muy lento, sin dejar de remover.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Dejar enfriar.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Mezclar con la crema de almendras y a\u00f1adir az\u00facar al gusto. A\u00f1adir polvo de galletas hasta que la masa espese.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Humedecerse las manos y formar las bolitas.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Colocar las galletas machacadas en un plato y pasar por \u00e9l cada bolita hasta que est\u00e9n bien recubiertas.
