{"id":140,"date":"2016-05-07T16:23:07","date_gmt":"2016-05-07T16:23:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.estudiodeyogacosta7.com\/?p=140"},"modified":"2016-08-01T21:04:22","modified_gmt":"2016-08-01T21:04:22","slug":"pastas-de-copos-de-avena-y-pasas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.estudiodeyogacosta7.com\/?p=140","title":{"rendered":"PASTAS DE COPOS DE AVENA Y PASAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-NOOVCxrYgzA\/VPLonw0ryVI\/AAAAAAAADu8\/oRXY0O84QYw\/s1600\/DSC_0420.JPG\" width=\"334\" height=\"222\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>&#8211; 140 grs. de copos de avena.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 100 grs. de harina<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 50 grs. de pasas de Corinto.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 1 naranja.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 1\/2 cucharadita de levadura en polvo.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 1 cucharadita de canela o de an\u00eds molidos.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 1 pizca de sal.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 115 grs. de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 100 grs. de az\u00facar de ca\u00f1a.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 1 huevo grande.<\/h4>\n<h3><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>&#8211; Forrar una bandeja de horno con papel especial para este.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Precalentarlo a 180\u00ba C.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Mezclar la harina, la levadura, la canela o anis, los copos de avena y la sal.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; En un vaso poner a remojo las pasas, con zumo de naranja, suficiente para que las cubra.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Batir la mantequilla con el az\u00facar hasta formar una masa cremosa. A\u00f1adir el huevo y seguir batiendo.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; A\u00f1adir tambi\u00e9n los dem\u00e1s ingredientes y mezclarlo todo bien.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Con una cuchara, coger un poco de masa, del tama\u00f1o de una nuez, y con otra colocarla en la bandeja del horno, dejando entre cada trozo de masa cuatro cent\u00edmetros.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Hornear durante 10 o 12 minutos, hasta que las galletas se vean doradas por los bordes.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Colocar las galletas en una rejilla para que se enfr\u00eden.<\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes: &#8211; 140 grs. de copos de avena. &#8211; 100 grs. de harina &#8211; 50 grs. de pasas de Corinto.
