\/><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>&#8211; 300 grs. de harina.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 125 grs. de mantequilla.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; \u00bd cucharadita de levadura en polvo.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Una pizca de sal.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 150 grs. de az\u00facar de ca\u00f1a.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; 1 huevo grande.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Ralladura de 1 naranja.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Mermelada de albaricoque o melocot\u00f3n.<\/h4>\n<h3><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>&#8211; Mezclar la harina, la levadura y la sal.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Batir la mantequilla con el az\u00facar, hasta que quede una masa cremosa.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Sin dejar de batir, a\u00f1adir primero el huevo y la ralladura de naranja y despu\u00e9s el resto de los ingredientes, menos la mermelada.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Amasar bien y dividir en dos la masa.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Formar un disco plano con cada mitad, envolverlos en film transparente y dejar en la nevera 1 hora para que se enfr\u00eden.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Precalentar el horno a 180\u00ba C.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Espolvorear harina sobre la mesa de trabajo y colocar uno de los discos.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Extender la masa con un rodillo de madera, hasta que tenga un grosor de unos 6 mm.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Con moldes divertidos cortar las galletas y colocarlas en la bandeja del horno forrada con papel especial.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Con una brocha, extender, sobre cada galleta, un poco de mermelada.<\/h4>\n<h4>&#8211; Hornear durante 10 o 12 minutos, hasta que los bordes de las galletas est\u00e9n
