{"id":118,"date":"2016-05-07T15:52:34","date_gmt":"2016-05-07T15:52:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.estudiodeyogacosta7.com\/?p=118"},"modified":"2024-08-21T08:59:27","modified_gmt":"2024-08-21T08:59:27","slug":"tarta-de-queso-gruyere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.estudiodeyogacosta7.com\/?p=118","title":{"rendered":"QUICHE DE GRUYERE"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-_7x-GM0TcFQ\/VPD9PB6eD3I\/AAAAAAAADs8\/OSbvghrz8X0\/s1600\/DSC_0426.JPG\" width=\"288\" height=\"192\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Para la masa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 grs. de mantequilla.<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de agua templada.<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo.<\/li>\n<li>Harina, la que admita.<\/li>\n<li>1 pizca de sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para el relleno:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 grs. de queso gruyere rallado.<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo.<\/li>\n<li>1 taz\u00f3n de leche.<\/li>\n<li>1 pizca de sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>De la masa:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Batir la mantequilla (conviene dejarla fuera de la nevera lo suficiente para que est\u00e9 blanda), con el huevo, la cucharada de agua y la sal.\u00a0 A\u00f1adir poco a poco harina, hasta que se pueda amasar con las manos.\u00a0 Seguir a\u00f1adiendo harina, de poco en poco, hasta que no se pegue a los dedos.<\/li>\n<li>Dejarla reposar media hora.<\/li>\n<li>Forrar un molde de 30 cm. de di\u00e1metro con papel de horno.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar la masa en el centro y extenderla con los dedos hasta que lo cubra por completo en el fondo y en los lados.<\/li>\n<li>Pincharla, en el fondo, con un tenedor para que no se ahueque.<\/li>\n<li>Introducir en el horno precalentado a temperatura media, durante media hora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Del relleno<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Batir todos los ingredientes y colocarlos en un cazo para que hiervan, hasta que quede una masa algo espesa, removiendo constantemente para que no se agarre.<\/li>\n<li>Verter su contenido sobre en el molde ya cubierto con la masa horneada.<\/li>\n<li>Introducir en el horno media hora m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes: Para la masa: 100 grs. de mantequilla. 1 cucharada sopera de agua templada. 1 huevo.
